This services tends to provide long time support to answer technical or functional requests during the subscription period.
Proposed support is second level: direct contacts of support team are limited to 10% of total users.
Two options for advance support are proposed:
Priority Support
- Access to specific sections of the forum
- Opening of a dedicated project in track.projeqtor.org to track requests
- Possibility to send requests by email
- Response within 1 business day
- Providing of solution (or workaround) for blocking anomalies within 5 working days,
- delivery of blocking issues in a community patch
- Integration of fix for other anomalies in the following community version
- Possibility to get support in french or english
Private Support
- Access to specific sections of the forum
- Opening of a dedicated project in track.projeqtor.org to track requests
- Possibility to send requests by email, with specific email address of the support
- Support phone number available for urgent requests
- Priority processing of requests (compared to priority support)
- Response within 4 working hours (on business days)
- Providing of solution (or workaround) for blocking anomalies within 1 business day
- Delivery of fix for blocking anomalies in a private patch
- Negotiated planning for major anomalies, with possibility to anticipate or initiate a community patch within 5 working days
- Possibility to get support in french or english
